Q: Is this a scam?
A: No, this is not a scam. Real Estate Attorneys that specialize in probate and acquistions well versed

Q: What do you do?
A: Our Operation is to scour the country looking for unclaimed funds. We find them by auditing government agencies, examining their public records and identifying money they’re holding in trust for individuals like you.
Q: How the recovery process work?
A: We can assist you in the recovery of your funds and do so on a contingency basis (that means no upfront cost to you). We will NEVER ask you to pay anything out-of-pocket. If we’re successful in recovering these funds, only then are we paid a percentage. You keep the lion’s share, of course.
Q: What is the catch?
A: No catch at all. If the money we found is yours, we get paid a finders fee for our work. If the money is not yours then we do not get paid. We do not ask for any money in advance from you and we only get paid if we get you money!
Q: How long does it take?
A: Most cliams are prodesssed within 30 to 90 days, with some resolving in as little as 2 -3 weeks. The speed or process is depended on how quickly we can collect the substantiated proof and required information. Also, on the state or county would factor.

A: NOTHING! As mention before. We work on a contingency basis. No upfornt cost to you.
